I have a proven track record in successfully steering digitalization initiatives, international programs and cross-functional teams (up to 45 FTE). For almost six years, I was responsible for the global transformation of sales processes and the implementation of the CRM solution (Salesforce). 

My background in Sales, Strategy, IT, Marketing and Communications comes combined with profound expertise in agile software development, CRM and process & data engineering. As a former national squad and first division sports athlete, I have learned to approach my goals with team spirit and ambition.
